Anna Goldstein is a life coach based out of New York City. She specializes in life coaching, career coaching, executive coaching and business coaching in NYC, LA, and DC. Her experience as an athlete and tennis coach, sparked her interested in helping people improve their inner game. She got her bachelors degree in Psychology from Penn State and her Life Coach Certification from New York University. She helps people build their confidence, get out of their own way and have what they want. She gives people a free coaching consult to see if they are a good fit for coaching. Her programs are designed to get you from where you are to where you want to be. Together we track your goals and make sure you achieve measurable results. What is Life Coaching?
The personal Life Coach and client relationship is a unique nonjudgmental where the coach observes, listens and provides the client tools to formulate measurable ways so that the client’s goals can be reached.
What’s the difference between therapy and Life Coaching?
Therapy heals the past and old wounds. Life coaching focuses on where you are now and helps you move forward towards creating the future that you want. Consistently focusing on what you want and how to get there rather then the obstacles and problems getting in the way- life coaching is focused on creating solutions.
What is Individual Coaching?
Anna works one- on- one with you and design a unique plan to obtain your individual goals. At scheduled time and place coach meets with individual in person or over the phone. Throughout the coaching relationship, the coach is asks powerful questions that help you access your best information, talents, emotions and self. The coach also provides support, objectivity, structure, energy, positivity, insight and technology (tools). Between sessions, you will have steps to take in your own life, and/or exercises to complete to make sure your being held accountable to achieve results.
What is Group Coaching?
